Kaiseki Chicago offers a night of Japanese Kaiseki which is a progressive dinner with a carefully crafted seasonally inspired menu.  We only are able to book one party (of 2-8) individuals. Our Kaiseki Progressive Dining Experience will be served at a relaxed pace and typically lasts about 2 hours. 

As Kaiseki requires extensive preparation, we ask for reservations to be made at least 3 days in advance.
Please note that all Kaiseki & Omakase Experiences are final and non-refundable. You can always transfer your reservation to another person. 

Kaiseki Master Chef Yuji Hayashi’s creation will satisfy your body and soul through the warmth of the presentation and service. Our ambiance is second to none and becomes a candlelit meditative atmosphere to relax your mind and soul as you get to enjoy this 500 year-old Kaiseki tradition.
